The curriculum will be relevant to their needs and will prepare them for future school years. Elite offers the children a place to help them increase the skills of problem solving, thinking, reasoning and creating. The children must continue to develop control of their bodies and therefore be encouraged to participate in numerous activities that promote gross and fine motor coordination. We strive to serve the children and their parents in an environment that reinforces their social, mental and physical needs. In order to best suite the needs of our clients Standing Down Charters offers quarter-day, half-day, three quarter day, along with full day, and extended day Gulf Stream excursions. While fishing aboard Stand ‘N Down II “LIVE BAIT” is deployed to target King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, Sailfish, and various species of Shark. Standing Down Charters also targets various species of bottom fish and reef dwellers that include but are not limited to: Grouper, Snapper, and Black Sea Bass. November 15th through January 31st marks the beginning of the Blue Fin Tuna season around the Holden Beach, North Carolina area and Standing Down Charters offers excursions to our clients that target these giant fish as they begin to show up in the Holden Beach, North Carolina waters.

Sugar & Spice was created in 2009. After loosing my job I decided that I wanted to be a stay-at-home-mommy. My husband and I have been married since 2003. We have two wonderful little boys that are the lights of our lives. They are the reason that I wake up every day and put on an apron. I love decorating cakes and cookies outside the box. I was tired of the generic sheet cake and wanted a bigger bang for my buck. So with the help of my mom Sugar & Spice was born. We are currently located in Kannapolis, NC. Although we are baking in the kitchen of my humble home we strive to make each customer feel like they just stepped into a local bakery shop. With the help and support of family and friends I am watching my dream of being a business owner come true.
